Go to this url and get whatever stems you need to make your own remix in garage band, protools or whatever other nerdling program you use.
They have all been quantized to 110 BPM to make it easy for you.
Just the vocals, just the 808's, sound bites from the actual session.
Just take what you need and have fun.
When you finish something let us know and send it to us, we will stream it off our site and you can upload it to your site and sell the remix you made.
YOU get to keep the money you made from YOUR remix.
Don't try selling any mashups though, might run into some trouble there.

if i actually have the time to work on it its gonna be some metal or punk remix with real guitars and bass... ill have to program the drums tho
